Training Courses with Allan Sweeney

This page gives details about training courses offered by Allan Sweeney over the coming months of Summer 2007. These are either courses which I do not offer myself or which give students further development in some of the areas touched upon in my courses.

Background

Allan is one of our leading energy healers and teachers. He is one of the teachers who helped Reiki to become so popular here in England and has travelled extensively both in the UK and overseas to teach. Allan is an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Alternative Medicine, has had a Harley Street healing clinic, introduced Reiki to the UK Prisons Service, is Honorary President of the Japanese Reiki Oneness World Network, and has appeared on TV and radio programmes around the world. The current development focus for his work is the research into and the application of unique healing energy complementary therapy approaches specific to an illness, condition or symptom, with highest efficacy, effectiveness, and cost-effective outcomes. Previous, current, and proposed future research includes ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder), migraine, stress, tinnitus, asthma, deafness, emotions, addictions, eczema, sciatica, depression, allergies, chronic fatigue, fractures, and cancer. Allan is Chairman of the I.R.H., the International Reiki Healers Organisation.

Heaven by the Sea Location

The courses will all be held at Allan’s Reiki Healing Centre in Margate in Kent. ‘Heaven by the Sea’ is a large Victorian property and most of the rooms have sea views. The Centre is immediately on the sea front with beaches either side of it. It has been designed for teaching and to provide overnight accommodation for students. Many of the bedrooms were themed when the Centre was refurbished several years ago – such as the Indian, Grecian and Angelic rooms. I have felt very strong energy in the training room even when teaching is not taking place.

There are good road, rail and coach links to Margate. The mainline station is about 5 minutes walk from the Centre.
