The Mind Body Spirit Festival
The Mind Body Spirit Festival is
one of a number of major events focusing on spiritual development and
complementary healthcare practice that is held in the London area. It is usually held in May each
year at the Royal Horticultural Halls in Victoria
in London.
The first Mind Body Spirit Festival was held in 1977. The
Festival has now been running for a long time and is a very well established
event attracting a lot of exhibitors, retailers, therapists, performers and
presenters.
It is well worth a visit if you have the spare time.

Festival bills itself as follows:
Our mission is to present a balanced schedule of workshop topics
that we believe will be of service and interest to you. This is reflected in
the quality and diversity of our featured teachers, speakers and artists, all
of whom are leaders in their respective fields. Our exclusive workshop rooms
span three floors in the connecting conference centre and all enjoy an
abundance of natural daylight and temperature control.
Today thousands of visitors from the UK and abroad attend our
yearly celebrations in London attracted by our eclectic mix of musicians,
international workshop leaders, best-selling authors, artists and cutting
edge exhibitors.
We mix the old with the new, we innovate, inspire and support, we
create an authentic space for like-minded individuals to come together and
commune in the spirit of fun, self exploration, self empowerment and self
improvement.
The standard format includes the following:

A range of retail stalls selling
all kinds of spiritually related and health related products.

A range of therapy teachers
offering training courses.

A range of participative
workshops including some free classes.
·
A range of lectures, presentations
and musical performances.
·
A central stage with a full
programme of performances.
Food services are provided so if you have the time you
can make a day out of a visit to the Show.

2010
The 2010
Mind Body Spirit Festival
will be held in London
from 26th to 31st May inclusive.
William Rand, the American Reiki Master, will be
present at the 2010 Festival. Everybody who has learned Reiki from myself is in William’s lineage so the Festival will be a
great opportunity to say hello to him.
